In the past I have used weekly engagement calendars from Sierra Club that present a photo for each week of the year. I expected the same with this Paris calendar, but it turns out that there is a photo opposite the page for the first week, another opposite the page for the second week, and then there are four weeks without any photos before you get to the next photo. (The photos are printed on opposite sides of a single sheet.) For every two weeks with photos there are four without.Paris is a city I love and was very much looking forward to having a Paris scene to look at every time I went to the calendar to enter or check a notation. This calendar does provide a surprising number of pages of information including metric conversion tables, imperial measure conversion tables, world time differences, international dialing codes, international trade abbreviations, management vocabulary in English, French, and German, and an international holiday list for 2013. All of those features are welcome, and the calendar itself is printed beautifully on heavy stock with protective front and back covers. It is a good value for office use, but stingy with the Parisian scenes for which I ordered it.

Pictures accurately reflected the calendar and I wanted a date book with Paris. So I got what I asked for. My wife liked it.
The only problem with this gorgeous calendar diary is that as I sit at my desk and look at the pictures, I don't get any work done. I just want to get on a plane and zoom off to Paris
I send an engagement calendar to my brother and sister-in-law, who have a small produce farm. They record rainfall and other important information, the date they plant various vegetables and flowers, and when they produce.
I like the attitude of this calendar much better than others I've had. However, I've accidentally gone to the wrong week several times because pages tend to stick together.
I have used various Paris Engagement Calendars over the years, and find this one excellent for travelers. It has enough information on time zones, phonetic alphabets, measurements and management multilingual vocabulary for business people, as well as holidays and moon phases. The calendar uses 6 languages, the primary one being English. Each calendar page is a european week, Monday thru Sunday, and each day has sufficient lines for basic information. There are sections for longer notes, as well as a 2014 calendar at the back for notes on upcoming meetings, seminars, birthdays, etc.
